Power Surfing is a way for Admin to give you extra credits whilst you surf for periods for time. It could be for 1 hour or 1 day you never know until you get notified via email or you will see in the members area whether the Power Surf is 'On' or 'Off'
When it is turned on you will see you credits per page view will be increased and maybe a reduced timer as well.
So when the Power Surf has been turned on it is a great time to log in a rack up some credits.
